Things you need to know...
1. If you need to talk, we're here for you.
2. Your mental health matters!
3. Mental health problems don't define you.
4. Reaching out for help, is brave.
5. It's nothing to feel guilty about, it's normal.
6. It's okay, it's real & we love you.
7. You're not hopeless.
8. You don't always have to "be strong".
9. It's okay to cry and seek help, it's not a weakness.
10. You are not "crazy".
11. You matter.
12. Heal because you are worth it.
13. Everytime you ask yourself "why me" remember it's you
because you are the person no one else can ever be.
14. You are never alone.
15. You are amazing and loved.
16. Let's talk about it. Let's get through it together.
17. Your feelings are valid!
18. You won't always feel this way, things will get better.
19. You are not a burden.
20. Talking about your mental health is not seeking attention,
it's brave and important!
21. It's normal, even if it feels like it's not.
22. It's okay to take a break and work on yourself.
23. Your mental health is a priority.
24. You can love yourself as well as be a work in progress.
25. Mental Well-being is as important as physical well-being
26. You've come a long way. Keep going.
27. If all you did today was hold yourself together, we're
proud of you!
28. Mental Illness is not a personal failure.
29. You're strong, and you've got this!

31. It's okay not to be okay.
32. These past few days haven't been easy, but we're proud of
you!
33. It's hard but don't give up, it's temporary.
34. Take your time healing, as long as you want.

we want to hear, listen and know more!
37. Recovery is not one and done. It is a lifelong journey that takes
place one day - one step at a time.
38. Don't be so hard on yourself, you're doing enough.
39. If it's out of your hands, it deserves freedom from your mind
too.
40. You are not weak for needing time to sort through this.
41. Give yourself some credit for how far you've come.
42. You are so much more than this! Don't give up.
43. You can still love yourself and be a work in progress.
44. It's been really hard but you've been so brave.
45. Expressing yourself takes courage and we stan.
46. We admire how hard you're trying. You're resilient.
47. You are strong and worthy!
48. Keep taking time for yourself until you're you again.
49. You're doing your best, and that is enough!
50. We love you, we care about you, we will always be here
no matter what!

Mental Health Day takes place on 10 October every year. It is recognised to educate & raise awareness about Mental Health Issues. This Mental Health Day we want anyone out there going through a hard time to know that it's okay, it's normal, it's a process and most importantly - we're proud of them for how far they've come. Your mental health issues DO NOT define you. Remember that it is okay not to be okay. So much love for each and everyone of you out there!
So this Mental Health Day we want to reassure anyone out there with these small encouraging statements from us to you!
