International Day of Yoga is observed globally every year on June 21 to highlight the importance of Yoga and the pivotal role it plays in rejuvenating our mind and body, leading to a healthier lifestyle.

A new theme is selected for the occasion each year, chiefly directing towards the ‘essence of yoga’.The theme set for this year is 'Yoga for well-being'.
